How to Rent Digital Assets for
Recurring Income
What is this?
A business model that will turn you into a digital landlord. How? The idea is to build digital assets (simple websites) and rent them to local business owners for a monthly fee. Why? This model works well for a couple of reasons: It’s scalable, it's passive, and you own the assets (the websites). It goes like this: Step 1: pick a niche (a service like concrete) and a city Step 2: build a simple website for that niche and city Step 3: run google ads to that website to generate leads Step 4: give those leads as “samples” to a business owner in that niche and city Step 5: close the business owner on a monthly retainer (of at least $1,000 per month) in exchange for all the leads from your site Step 6: rinse and repeat Does this work? This strategy works better than the typical “rank and rent” model because you don't have to wait until your website ranks on Google before you can rent it to someone. We’re renting the website before we even rank it. This allows us to close deals way faster, and then use the business owners' money to build out the full website and get it to rank so we can turn our ad off and keep a higher profit margin. Get it? Basically, all we’re doing is building websites that generate leads through Google ads and then renting those websites to business owners. We make money from renting out our websites and the business owners get more jobs! What You Get:I'll walk you through a step by step breakdown of this business model
